How Long We Keep Information

We cannot respond to your request to know or request to delete if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. To verify your identity, we may ask you to provide us with the following information when you submit your request: (1) first name, (2) last name, and (3) phone number or email.  We will use the above information to verify your identity. We will require additional information to verify your identity and fulfill your request depending on the type of request or the information requested by you.

Please note that the privacy choices described above apply specifically to Breakout Clips and the personal information that Breakout Clips collects about you.
